Here’s how you can become a Vendor Connect candidate:
Step 1: Apply
Submit your application for a class in your city of interest. Don’t see your city listed? Fill out an inquiry form here to be the first to know when we’re headed your way!
Step 2: Assessment & Phone Screen
Once you apply, you’ll receive a link to complete our cognitive and personality assessments geared specifically towards medical sales. After you complete this, you’ll be scheduled for a phone screen with one of our recruiters.
Step 3: Invitation to Course
We will extend invitations to the course based on your fit with the program. Spots are limited and fill up fast, so don’t wait to apply!
Step 4: Virtual Prep Class
Ahead of your Talent Assessment Day, we’ll host a virtual prep session featuring industry leaders and the Vendor Connect team. This ensures you walk into the event fully prepared and confident!
Step 5: Talent Assessment Day
Your Talent Assessment Day is held in-person in your city! Since medical sales requires face-to-face interaction, this is your chance to demonstrate your skills directly to hiring managers.
Step 6: Ongoing Support
Even after your Talent Assessment Day, the Vendor Connect team will continue supporting you. We’re invested in your long-term success and want to follow your professional growth!
